All RFP packets must be delivered to the Division of Purchasing at 455 Hoes Lane , Piscataway, NJ 08854. Please call Maria at 732-562-2321 to accept your Sealed RFP. Please, read all instructions to bidders in the RFP packet. if using an outside delivery and/or messenger services (i.e.by Federal Express, UPS, ect.), Please note the following: The Township will not be responsible for deliveries made prior to or after normal business hours, or to any other office. Name of bid must appear on the outside of the FEDEX/UPS envelope. Your Company Name must appear on the Outside of the envelope .

In order to make sure your RFP is timely received and included in the Evaluation process at 2:00pm, The Township recommends that you drop off your sealed RFP by or before 12:00pm. RFP will than be in the Evaluation Process.
