RFP# 1588 – Bloomfield College Sprinkler Rework

The Director of Procurement Services at Montclair State University will receive bids for Request for Proposal # 1588 – Bloomfield College Sprinkler through March 6, 2024, at 11:00 AM, when they will be publicly opened in the Third Floor Lobby of the Overlook Corporate Center, 150 Clove Road, Little Falls, NJ 07424.

Scope of Work: The project consists of adding sprinkler coverage to the basements of both Westminster Hall and College Hall located at the Bloomfield College campus.

A Pre-Bid Meeting and Site Inspection will be held on February 14, 2024, at 10:00 AM at Bloomfield College. Bidders are advised that attendance at both the pre-bid meeting and site visit is mandatory , and no special consideration will be provided to any bidder who does not attend . If you wish to attend, you must notify David Bielicka, Procurement Manager, Facilities, via email at bielickad@montclair.edu by 2:00 PM on February 9, 2024 , so that the University can make the necessary arrangements. The exact location of the Pre-Bid Meeting and Site Inspection (at Bloomfield College) will be provided to those bidders who confirm attendance.
