The Mercer County Department of Human Services, Division of Public Health is accepting proposals for a COVID19 After Actions Report (AAR) to be conducted by a qualified vendor. The period of performance to complete the AAR is January 1, 2024. through June 30, 2024 in an amount not to exceed $51,000.00.

The purpose of this County funding is to conduct a county wide After Actions Report for COVID19 response efforts. The COVID19 pandemic required and unprecedented response from the Mercer County Division of Public Health. In order to prepare for future emergency responses, we are looking to conduct an in-depth report covering what plans were in place, what response efforts were implemented, what the outcome of these response efforts were to the Mercer County community and how we can use lessons learned to adjust our public health response plans. This document will inform future public health planning and response for any future pandemic emergencies.
