The Mercer County Department of Human Services, Office on Addiction Services, is accepting proposals for the administration of the 48-Hour Intoxicated Driver Resource Center (IDRC) to provide services to Mercer County residents for the period of one year, April 1, 2023, through March 31, 2024, with an option to extend for an additional year, in the amount of $0.00.

The 48-Hour Intoxicated Driver Resource Center (IDRC) shall evaluate, monitor and refer to approved treatment programs as defined by Chapter 162. All applicants must adhere to Chapter 162 and all regulations as set forth by the State of New Jersey Intoxicated Driving Program. Fees shall be paid by the Mercer County resident, consistent with Chapter 162 regulations.
