The Mercer County Department of Human Services, Division of Mental Health, is accepting proposals for mental health services for indigent Mercer County residents for the period of January 1, 2023, through December 31, 2023, with an option to extend for an additional year, in the total amount of $989,835.00 annually.
The purpose of County funding is to augment existing sources of support to allow community agencies to provide high-quality, full-continuum mental health services. The vast majority of these comprehensive programs are targeted for Mercer County’s indigent population with serious and persistent psychiatric disabilities using modalities most appropriate to client level of function and to ensure that services are provided in the least restrictive setting possible.

- Latinx Trauma Treatment
- Mental Health Assessment and Brief Treatment Services for Individuals Experiencing Homelessness
- Clinical Community Support Services: Mental Health and Substance Use Stabilization
- Supported Residential /Senior Case Management
- Community Support Services: Mental Health and Substance Abuse Case Management and Stabilization
- Bi-Cultural Trauma Treatment for Internationally Relocated Children
- Children’s Early Intervention
- Children’s Day Treatment
