The Department of Purchasing is accepting bids for Golf Supplies for the Mercer County Park Commission for a period of two (2) years. Prices must be listed in the catalog or price sheet and prices must be submitted with the bid. Bidders shall submit with their bid a copy of the 2023 catalog with current pricing. Failure to submit the catalog and pricing shall result in rejection of the bid. Vendor price increases, as reflected in the 2023 and 2024 catalog shall be honored; however, the percentage discount or up-charge shall not be subject to change. The County shall receive a newly published vendor’s catalog with price changes at least three (3) working days prior to the increased price(s) becoming effective. Increased pricing is not retroactive. Shipping shall be FOB destination to Park Commission locations. Shipping shall be factored into the bidders pricing.
