The Mercer County Department of Human Services, Division of Mental Health, is accepting proposals for the Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Basic Training (EMDR) to be provided to licensed mental health clinicians serving in the publicly funded Mercer County mental health system of care for the period of January 1, 2023, through December 31, 2023.

The purpose of this County funding is to equip licensed practitioners who treat adults and children in the publicly funded mental health system of care in Mercer County with the evidenced-based EMDR Therapy Basic Training. EMDR is a comprehensive psychotherapy that accelerates the treatment of a wide range of issues, including Post Traumatic Stress Disorder.
