Pursuant to this public advertisement, we, the undersigned, hereby declare that we have carefully examined the attached bid, specifications and all bid form sheets attached hereto, dated 01/24/2023 for Bid # 23-021: To Furnish and Deliver the Rental of Portable Diesel Powered Generators for the Essex County Department of Parks and Recreation as per specifications for a twenty four (24) month open-ended contract.
