Pursuant to this public advertisement, we, the undersigned, hereby declare that we have carefully examined the attached bid, specifications and all bid form sheets attached hereto, dated 02/07/2023 for Bid # 23-029: To Provide the Dog Park and Restroom Renovations at Vailsburg Park in Newark, N.J. as per specifications.
