Pursuant to this public advertisement, we, the undersigned, hereby declare that we have carefully examined the attached bid, specifications and all bid form sheets attached hereto, dated 06/06/2023 for Bid # 23-142: To Provide Access Control Door Release for the Essex County Juvenile Detention Center as per specifications.
