Pursuant to this public advertisement, we, the undersigned, hereby declare that we have carefully examined the attached bid, specifications and all bid form sheets attached hereto, dated 04/02/2024 for Bid # 24-078: Provide Carnival Rides and Amusement Games for Department of Parks, Recreation, and Cultural Affairs.
