Pursuant to this public advertisement, we, the undersigned, hereby declare that we have carefully examined the attached bid, specifications and all bid form sheets attached hereto, dated 05/16/2023 for Bid # 23-126: Supplemental Bid- To Provide Screening (Salting), Snow Plowing/Hauling Services and or Equipment Operator Services for the Essex County Department of Public Works .

NOTE: All questions must be submitted in writing, to the Office of Purchasing via fax to 973-621-5109, no later than end of business, eight (8) business days prior to the deadline for submission of bids.
