Pursuant to this public advertisement, we, the undersigned, hereby declare that we have carefully examined the attached bid, specifications and all bid form sheets attached hereto, dated 07/25/2023 for Bid # 23-186: Furnish, Deliver, Install, Operate and Maintain a Live Video Subscription Service Feed for Essex County Codey Arena Rinks #1 & 2.
