Pursuant to this public advertisement, we, the undersigned, hereby declare that we have carefully examined the attached bid, specifications and all bid form sheets attached hereto, dated 03/26/2024 for Bid # 24-065: Provide the Replacement of Cooling Towers at the Leroy Smith Building in Newark NJ as per specifications..
