Pursuant to this public advertisement, we, the undersigned, hereby declare that we have carefully examined the attached bid, specifications and all bid form sheets attached hereto, dated 02/20/2024 for Bid # 24-035: To provide Drug Treatment Services for the Help and Hope Program for the Essex County Prosecutors Office.
