Pursuant to this public advertisement, we, the undersigned, hereby declare that we have carefully examined the attached bid, specifications and all bid form sheets attached hereto, dated 02/20/2024 for Bid # 24-034: To Provide One (1) New Traffic Signal Installation and Roadway Improvements at the Intersection of Watchung Ave. (CR-655) and Park Street / Watchung Plaza, in the Township of Montclair, N.J. as per specifications..
