A non-refundable fee of $500.00 will be required to obtain plans & specifications. Plans & specifications MUST be picked up in person at the Office of Purchasing at the Hall of Records Building room# 3235 at 465 Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd. Newark, N.J. 07102. Payments for plans & specifications must be check (made payable to "County of Essex") or cash Special Note: please note that the size & weight of the plans & specs are quite large & heavy. Vendors picking them up may require some type of hand truck to be able to transport.
