The City of Trenton, Department of Recreation, Natural Resources and Culture is seeking proposals from qualified firms through a fair and open process in accordance with 2 CFR Part 200, and N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.4 et seq. to provide Architectural Design Drawings and Specifications for roof, cornice, parapet walls, chimney, environmental engineering for asbestos abatement plan and specifications for 40 Fowler St. (aka Carver Center YMCA), along with consulting services to develop construction documents and project oversight.
