Trenton Water Works (TWW) is soliciting sealed bids from qualified firms to refurbish and modernize the elevator system at Trenton Water Filtration Plant located on Route 29 South, Trenton. The elevator system is currently out of order and requires rehabilitation work. The elevator system is made by Dover Elevator, Model No. 590AH3, Serial No. 30J683. The system was commissioned in April 1996.

The present loading capacity of the car cab is 2,500-lbs. The cab stops at three (3) levels and have three (3) openings. Drawings of the elevator shaft prepared by Killam Associates Consulting Engineers in 1994 are available and can be provided to the winning bidder, if requested.
