The City of Trenton, Department of Housing and Economic Development is soliciting sealed competitive contracting request for proposals through a fair and open process in accordance with N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.4 et seq. for Engineering and Consulting Services to assist in the City’s efforts to implement the Trenton (MOVES) Mobility and Opportunity Equity System for a period of two (2) years with an option to extend one (1) additional year. Proposers shall submit their own proposal price sheet(s) with their sealed proposals.
