PRE-BID CONFERENCE

There shall be Pre-Bid Meeting that shall be held on April 5, 2023, at 11:00 AM in the second floor Conference Room at the Trenton Water Works Distribution Complex at 333 Cortland Street on the corner of Mulberry & Cortland Streets Trenton, NJ 08638 any interested vendors should attend this conference. Interested proposers shall contact Sharee Jamison at 609-989-3206 to register for this pre-bid meeting.

LOCATION OF WORK
The work is to be performed in the City of Trenton at the Trenton Water Works Distribution Complex located at the intersection of Cortland Street and Mulberry Street.

PERIOD OF CONTRACT
The terms of the contract service shall be one year of the date award with the option to extend one year. The Contractor shall be prepared to start work within two (2) weeks of being notified by the Director – Water or the duly authorized representative to proceed with the work.

GUARD OPERATION
This contract shall provide 24-hour security guard service to this building. These 24 hours shall be divided into two sections. One section shall be entitled WORKING HOURS GUARD. The other section shall be entitled NON-WORKING HOURS GUARD.
