This solicitation, PANNGB-23-P-0000-012200, is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2023-04, effective 02 June 2023. This procurement is Set-Aside 100% for Small Business. The NAICS code is 315210 and the small business size standard is 750 employees. The government intends to evaluate quotes and make an award without discussions (except clarifications as described in FAR 15.306(a)). The basis for award is Price. The government intends to issue a single firm fixed price award.

The offeror must provide within its offer the number of days estimated to make delivery after it receives a purchase order from the buyer.

To be quoted as Unit Price and Total Dollar Amount.

Item Condition: New Item ONLY; NO remanufactured or gray market items.

For ASU coats and slacks/trousers, the government will accept serge or tropical materials as described in DA PAM 670-1, paragraphs 11-4 and 12-4.

Please refer to Attachment 3 for the provisions and clauses applicable to this solicitation. All Representations and Certifications shall be completed within the contractor's System for Award Management (SAM) profile on www.sam.gov.
