Description

The Princeton Plasma Physics Laboratory (an MNO contractor providing plasma research for the U.S. Department of Energy) is currently seeking qualified sources that can provide Roofing Maintenance and Repair Services. The intent is to award 1 (or more) Basic Ordering Agreements to cover all roofing repair projects at the PPPL.



Princeton Plasma Physics Laboratory (PPPL) is an 88 Acre site with approximately 417,000 Square feet of roof area. These roofs are of various ages, construction and condition. This Subcontract is to provide prompt reliable service to repair or modify these roofs. The work may be coordinated through the warrantor of the roof or it may be done directly through PPPL. The Subcontractor will provide all materials, tools and equipment to reach the site of interest, investigate, and perform a reliable repair or alteration as necessary. Subcontractor employees will be qualified in their trade, pass all PPPL required training and requirements and be knowledgeable and cognizant of industry rules and regulations concerning fall protection and safety. All work shall be performed in accordance with SOW titled: "Miscellaneous Roof Work" dated 21 April 2023.



All contractors interested in this business opportunity must be located within a 50 mile radius of Princeton, NJ
