Description

Due to the exclusive availability only to this vendor, this is a Notice of Intent to Issue a Sole Source order to FLIK International Corp.





The USPFO New Jersey Army National Guard, intends to award this contract on a sole source basis with FLIK International Corp. in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 6.302-1. Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements, 10 U.S.C.2304(C)(1). This announcement constitutes the only notice. A written solicitation will not be issued. Interested persons may identify their interest by submitting a capability statement, proposal or quotation. ONLY LOCAL VENDORS WILL BE CONSIDERED FOR AWARD. This Special Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive quotes. However, the Government will consider all quotes received by the closing date specified in this notice.



Requirements:



The primary objective is to host the event at a single site required to be located in Jersey City, NJ that can provide meeting space, dining, and support services for approximately 450 adults and 50 children. The event will be held on one day in two groups with the following date: January 7, 2024.



Conference Space:



-One Main Presentation Room



-One Room for Childcare



-Professional Vendor Area (Hallway or Room)



-Registration Area (Hallway)



Meals (Contractor shall provide proposed menu that take into consideration the following factors: nutrition, suitability for children/adults, and ability to accommodate special dietary needs such as vegetarian, kosher and halal guidelines.):



-Cold Lunch- Sandwiches, To-Go Boxed Lunch Items



Free Parking to Attendees and Presenters



The National American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 722320. Companies that can provide an equal product may submit their capabilities to include complete and detailed specifications of their services, past performance information, price, and capability within seven (7) calendar days of this announcement. All information submitted will be reviewed by the Government technical representatives for consideration. Responses to this posting must be submitted via e-mail only; no phone calls will be accepted. A determination not to compete the described request is based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Federal Government. All potential vendors must have active registration in the System for Award Management, www.sam.gov.



NG Agency Protest Program is intended to encourage interested parties to seek resolution of their concerns with the National Guard (NG) as an Alternative Dispute Resolution forum, rather than filing a protest with the Government Accountability Office (GAO) or other external forum.

Contract award or performance is suspended during the protest to the same extent, and within the same time periods as if filed at the GAO. The NG protest decision goal is to resolve protests within 35 calendar days from filing. An agency protest may be filed with either the Contracting Officer or the NG Agency’s Protest Decision Authority, but not both, in accordance with NG protest procedures.



To be timely, the protests must be filed with the periods specified in FAR 33.103. To file a protest under the NG Agency Protest Program, the protest must request resolution under that program and be sent to the address below:
