Ozone Sanitizing Machine

Introduction: THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY – This notice is issued solely for information and planning purposes, as a means for the Government to conduct market research, identifying interested parties and their capability to provide Ozone Sanitizing Machines for the USAF Expeditionary Center (EC) forces in accordance with (IAW) the attached draft Statement of Work (SOW).

Responses to this notice will be considered and will help the Government dictate a path forward. All business categories will be considered to include large businesses.

Contractor Capability: The contractor shall be responsible for providing Ozone Sanitizing Machines and service to include transportation, and warranty work for the USAF 421st CTS located at Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, NJ.

Responses to Notice: Responses to this notice shall be limited to three pages and submitted by email to Contract Specialist, Patrick Bonds (patrick.bonds@us.af.mil), and Contracting Officer, Edward Sherwood (edward.sherwood@us.af.mil).

Responses are due no later than Thursday, 7 Sept 2023 by 3pm Eastern Standard Time.

The applicable NAICS code for this requirement is 334512 with a Small Business Size Standard of 650 Employees. The Product Service Code is 6636. Businesses of all sizes are encouraged to respond; however, each respondent must clearly identify their business size in their response under the applicable NAICS of 334512.

Respondents shall not be obligated to provide the services/items described herein.

Responses from interested vendors should address the following items:

Confirmation that your company can provide the requested items in the SOW.

Provide company socio-economic status (i.e. Small, Small Disadvantages Women-Owned, etc.) under identified NAICS and company profile to include, CAGE Code, DUNs number.
