Minimum 12,987 ABOA SF consisting of: Approx 5,000 ABOA SF office space, 2,000 ABOA SF secured storage and 8,000 ABOA SF warehouse storage space. Ceiling height requirement of 18-24 feet for warehouse storage. Roof space available for 11 mounted antennas. 11 secured, reserved surface level parking spaces required.
Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 1-percent-annual chance floodplain (formerly referred to as “100-year” floodplain).
