This requirement is for the demolition and removal of the existing exterior sight lighting; poles; bases; conductors; and exterior building mounted wall packs as indicated on the demolition drawings. The contractor will provide & install new exterior light fixtures, poles, concretes bases, wall mounted fixtures, electrical panels, ancillary equipment, and all required main & branch circuit wiring to provide for the new installation in accordance with the project drawings. In addition, the contactor will remove, replace, and provide interior munitions bunker facility lighting as detailed on the interior lighting drawings.

5. Magnitude of Construction: FARS 36.204 (e) Between $500,000 and $1,000,000.

6. Bid, Payment, & Performance Bonds are required for all proposals & contracts greater than $150,000.00

7. Bidders shall interpret the solicitation (SF1442) and attachments; including the drawings, specifications, & SOW; to give meaning to ALL its parts. In the event of a discrepancy, generally the more stringent shall apply. All deficiencies shall be brought to the attention of the Contracting Officer prior to submitting a Bid.
