Dear Offerors,
Enclosed is a solicitation package prepared by the Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution, Fort Dix, New Jersey, Contracting Office, for the acquisition of commercial items for the facilities department. This package contains all necessary information for you to submit to the government your price quotes for five gas water heaters.
The Government shall award to the lowest responsive/responsible offeror. All vendors awarded Purchase Orders must be registered in the SAM System (WWW.SAM.GOV) and willing to accept Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) as a form of payment. Please pay close attention to the delivery date. Do not change the item specified. Do not change the item description or the unit of issue. ANY CHANGES TO THE SOLICITATION CAN RESULT IN THE GOVERNMENT REJECTING PART OR ALL OF THE QUOTES SUBMITTED.
READ INFORMATION BELOW
**Please complete the Standard Form 1449 as such: Blocks 17a, 30a, 30b, and 30c. Please open add only your company name below the highlighted area and only your unit price into the SF-1449, page 4, to include the total amount. A separate quote may also be included. Please complete and return the attached Contractor Information Sheet.**
Your package shall include the following:
- SF 1449 (with signature on blocks 30a,b,c)
- Contractor Information Sheet
- Quote (if applicable)
E-mail your completed package to aaponteberrios@bop.gov and CC: rx1garcia@bop.gov with the subject line in all caps “15BFTD23Q00000021” no later than June 19, 2023 @ 11:59 pm Eastern Time. NO OTHER METHOD OF DELIVERY SHALL BE ACCEPTED. Failure to meet these requirements may result in your bid being rejected.
