Description

This is a sources sought announcement and is for market research purposes only. The 177th Fighter Wing currently has a requirement for a lodging venue with the local hotel industry in support of a Yellow Ribbon Reintegration Event, scheduled for 23 March 2024. The Yellow Ribbon Reintegration Program (YRRP) is a United States Department of Defense effort to promote the well-being of National Guard and Reserve members, their families, and communities, by connecting them with resources throughout the deployment cycle. The Contractor must provide for the requested number of attendees’ lodging, meeting space, meals, and childcare to accommodate one (1) event, ensure adequate space for learning, and meet the needs of the units within the Air National Guard.



The Contractor shall provide hotel rooms, meeting space rooms, audio-visual (screens, audio connections, computer hookups, and microphones), and space for community partners, parking, and service of meals. The Contractor shall ensure there is a conducive learning environment/atmosphere at the event venue to support Yellow Ribbon presentations and training shall provide government personnel and their families attending the event with quality accommodations and identified support services.



The venue is to be located within a 30-mile radius from the city of Egg Harbor Township, NJ.



The particulars of the project are as follows:




  • 100% Local Small Business Set Aside

  • Approximately 265 attendees

  • 65 rooms for one night (night of the 22nd of March) and 15 rooms for 2 nights (nights of 22nd and 23rd of March) for a total of 95 sleeping Rooms.

  • 10 additional double occupancy reservations (4 nights per room, 20-24 March) self-pay for YRRP Staff Members

  • Meeting rooms with AV



- 1 General Session Room (Capable of holding 265 people)



- 5 Breakout Sesson Rooms (seating for a minimum of 50 people)



- 2 Childcare rooms



- 1 Yellow Ribbon Operations Room (available 21-23 March 2024)

The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code is 721110 with an associated U.S. Small Business Administration size standard of $40M. The Product Service Code (PSC) is V231. In order to do business with the Federal Government, businesses must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM.gov), the official website of the U.S. Government. There is no cost to use SAM.gov. Attached are instructions on how to register your business entity on SAM.gov and obtain a Unique Entity ID (UEI).



Instructions to Interested Offerors:



Interested parties wishing to compete on this project should reference the attached draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) in its entirety and return the Information Request Form via email no later than 10 February 2024 @ 12 PM EST to 177fw.contracting.org@us.af.mil.. In addition, interested vendors are required to provide a capability statement response which clearly evidences the ability to conform to all the performance requirements in the attached draft PWS within the specified timeframe.



Based on the quality of the responses received, it is anticipated a request for quotes will be sent out on or before 20 February 2024.
