This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2023-04, effective 02 June 2023. This procurement is Set-Aside 100% for Small Business. The NAICS code is 332999 with small business size standard of 750 employees.

The government intends to evaluate quotes and make an award without discussions (except clarifications as described in FAR 15.306(a)). The government intends to issue a firm-fixed-price single award. The basis for award is Price.

All costs (shipping, delivery) must be included. The offeror must provide within its offer the number of days required to make delivery after it receives an order from the buyer. Please also provide Federal Tax ID, CAGE code, SAM Unique Identity ID, company point of contact, unit price for each line item and total price.

The provision 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors – Commercial Products and Commercial Services, applies to this solicitation.

52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Products and Commercial Services (DEVIATION 2023-O0002) - Alternate I. Only complete and return if there are changes to current SAM Registration. If 52.212-3 is not returned, the contractor is affirming that their SAM registration is current, accurate, and complete. Lack of registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) database will make an offeror ineligible for award. Please refer to Attachment 2 for the full text of this provision.

The clause 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Products and Commercial Services, applies to this acquisition.
