2. Contract Title.
The VANJ Healthcare System, SPS Department CBOC s Centrifuges

is requesting procurement of four (4) Large centrifuge packages total, 2 for Hackensack and 2 for Brick with and seven smaller centrifuges (7. 1 for each clinic, Piscataway, Tinton Falls, Jersey City, Paterson, Hamilton and Sussex and Morristown. Eleven (11) Bio certified Tube & Bottle Bucket, Cover This is to replace centrifuges end of life.
3. Background.
VANJ Healthcare needs to replace end of life centrifuges at their cboc clinics. Hackensack (2), Brick (2), Piscataway(1), Tinton Falls(1), Jersey City(1), Paterson(1), Hamilton (1)and Sussex(1). The units can be shipped to the 385 Tremont Avenue, East Orange, NJ 07939 location. They need to be tagged by NX in East Orange and then will be delivered to each clinic. 7 - Bucket covers for SX4400 and SX4250 rotor set of 4

First year preventive care needs to be included.
7. Security Requirements
This equipment will not require access to VA patient records, patient data, or VA computer systems. If preventative maintenance or repairs are needed someone will be on station with the vendor throughout the process.
