In accordance with the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Acquisition Management System (AMS) Policy 3.2.2.4, the purpose of this announcement is to inform industry of the FAA's decision to extend the contract period of performance for the current Secretarial Support Services contract, DTFACT-17-D-00010 with RIVA Solutions, Inc. for twelve (12) months, March 7, 2023 through March 6, 2024, comprised of one (1) eight (8) month base period and four (4) one (1) month option periods on a Single Source basis to ensure continuity of Secretarial Support Services, while the FAA continues with competition for the follow-on contract.

The FAA is not seeking or accepting unsolicited proposals. The FAA is not liable for any costs associated with the preparing of a response to this announcement.
