87th Contracting Squadron at Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurtst (JB MDL), New Jersey is contemplating a single award firm fixed price contract which consists of, but it not limited to the assembly and install all furniture as specified in this package. The Contractor is responsible for all resources (manpower and equipment) utilized in the assembly, installation of furniture, and cleanup of all packaging materials.

This acquisition is being synopsized under North American Industry

Classification Systems (NAICS) Code 337211–Wood Office Furniture Manufacturing. The Small Business size standard is 1,000 employees.

Please note that this Sources Sought Notice is issued to solely for the

purpose of market research and to obtain information from potential

sources. No solicitation is being issued at this time. This is not a Request for

Proposal (RFP) and shall not be construed as a commitment by the

Government to issue a solicitation, or ultimately award a contract.

Upon review of the industry response, the Government will determine

whether set-aside procurement in lieu of full and open competition is in

the Government’s best interest. The Government is not obligated to and

will not pay for any information received from potential sources as a result

of this notice.

1. All interested firms should submit a brief capability package that outlines the firm’s capabilities in providing the required services.


2. The capabilities package should be brief and concise, yet clearly demonstrate an ability to meet the stated requirements. Recent, relevant experience in all areas should be provided.

• Bonding

1. Provide your bonding capacity per contract and aggregate. Bonding for each project will be at the task order level.
