The Office of Procurement Operations (OPO) on behalf of the Office of Science and Technology Directorate (S&T) hereby issues this notice of intent to award a sole source procurement. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) OPO intends to award a sole source contract to C.W. Brabender Instruments INC., located at 50 E Wesley St. South Hackensack NJ, 07606-127, for the Roll Mill requirement without seeking competition for the Transportation Security Laboratory (TSL) DHS. This action is being taken pursuant to FAR subpart 13.106-1(b)(1)(i).
