It is the intention of the Authority to issue a Purchase Order / “NOA” for the procurement of Safety Inspections and Routine Maintenance of Elevators and Dumbwaiters.
Items purchased under this contract will be delivered as directed by the Authority. The term of the Contract shall be for two (2) years with the option to extend for two (2) additional one (1) year terms at the Authority's discretion and the vendor's concurrence.
