The Mercer County Department of Human Services, Office on Aging/Aging and Disability Resource Connection (ADRC), is accepting proposals for the period of July 1, 2023, through December 31, 2024, to provide County Direct Funding in the amount of $27,126.00.
Funding will be made available in the following service categories:
- Adult Day Services
- Sports & Athletics Opportunities
This funding is to provide services and programs for Mercer County residents living with disabilities and their caregivers. Priorities of this office will ensure that services assist individuals with greatest social and economic needs, as well as minorities, and individuals at risk of institutional placement. Services shall promote self-direction, support and increase independence, and further the goal of complete community inclusion and participation for residents living with any disability.
