The Mercer County Park Commission (MCPC) seeks proposals from New Jersey State Approved Foresters, as defined in [N.J.A.C. 7:3-3.2], to develop a Forest Stewardship Plan guided by the current rules for approval by the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection (NJDEP) under the provisions of [N.J.A.C. 7:3-5.1], as amended December 18, 2017; for the Mercer County-owned parkland known as Mercer Meadows.
