Pursuant to this public advertisement, we, the undersigned, hereby declare that we have carefully examined the attached bid, specifications and all bid form sheets attached hereto, dated 03/07/2023 for Competitive Contract # 23-069: To Operate the Food Services Facilities at the EC Hospital Center.
