Pursuant to this public advertisement, we, the undersigned, hereby declare that we have carefully examined the attached bid, specifications and all bid form sheets attached hereto, dated 03/07/2023 for RFP # 23-073: To Provide Design Engineering and Construction Administration Services for Belleville Park Fields Improvements as per specifications in the request for proposals..
