Pursuant to this public advertisement, we, the undersigned, hereby declare that we have carefully examined the attached bid, specifications and all bid form sheets attached hereto, dated 06/06/2023 for RFP # 23-146: To Provide Engineering Design and Construction Inspection Services for twenty-five (25) Traffic Signals and Roadway Improvements along Bloomfield Avenue in Various Municipalities as per specifications in the request for proposals. .

NOTE: All questions must be submitted in writing, to the Office of Purchasing via fax to 973-621-5109, no later than end of business, eight (8) business days prior to the deadline for submission of bids.
