General Information

Pursuant to this public advertisement, we, the undersigned, hereby declare that we have carefully examined the attached bid, specifications and all bid form sheets attached hereto, dated 01/17/2023 for RFP # 23-005: To Provide Design Engineering Services for the Replacement of Corrugated Metal Pipe Culverts at Various Essex County Locations for the Department of Public Works.

NOTE: All questions must be submitted in writing, to the Office of Purchasing via fax to 973-621-5109, no later than end of business, eight (8) business days prior to the deadline for submission of bids.
