Pursuant to this public advertisement, we, the undersigned, hereby declare that we have carefully examined the attached bid, specifications and all bid form sheets attached hereto, dated 01/31/2023 for RFP # 23-025: To Provide Design HVAC Engineering Services for the Replacement of Two (2) Hot water Heaters at the Essex County Hospital Center in Cedar Grove, N.J. for the Department of Public Works as per specifications..

NOTE: All questions must be submitted in writing, to the Office of Purchasing via fax to 973-621-5109, no later than end of business, eight (8) business days prior to the deadline for submission of bids.
