Description

The Trustees of Princeton University, a U.S. Department of Energy Prime Contractor, represented by Princeton Plasma Physics Laboratory (PPPL), located in the vicinity of Princeton, NJ, has a requirement for Request for Proposal (RFP) for Instructional Design and Training Consulting Services (Oracle Cloud ERP)



PPPL is soliciting proposals from qualified suppliers to obtain instructional design expertise to develop and create training materials related to the Oracle Cloud ERP. These materials are to provide the relevant information for PPPL employees who will be trained on the Oracle Cloud and the new business process. Specific requirements for these services can be found in the Statement of Work “Instructional Design and Training Consulting Services (Oracle Cloud ERP)”; CAT Exempt; Dated November 18, 2022.



Currently, PPPL is implementing a New ERP - Oracle Cloud, to support accounting, purchasing, project budgeting and costing, and meterial management.



The Objective is to obtain instructional design experitse services to create training materials. These materials will provide relevant information to PPPL employees who will be trained on the Oracle Cloud. The instructional designer will support the team in guiding and prioritizing key training and learning activities. The following key training activities:



Train-the-Trainer Program, Training user acceptance test (UAT) participants, Training parallel test participants, Training end users for go-live, and On-demand enduser training after go-live. The subcontract shall have the capablities to design. create and deliver the training materials.



The Subcontract must have experience with creating learning documentation in support of Oracle Cloud ERP and have consultants with execellent writing skills and subject matter or industry expertise to build content.
