Introduction: THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY – This notice is issued solely for information and planning purposes, as a means for the Government to conduct market research, identifying interested parties and their capability to provide Smart Handheld Radios to the USAF Expeditionary Center (EC) Contingency Response (CR) forces in accordance with (IAW) the attached draft Statement of Work (SOW).

Responses to this notice will be considered and will help the Government dictate a path forward. All business categories will be considered to include large businesses.

Contractor Capability: The contractor shall be responsible for supplying Smart Handheld Radios meeting or exceeding the requirements identified in the attached draft SOW.

Responses to Notice: Responses to this notice shall be limited to three pages and submitted on SAM.gov, GSA E-Buy, and by email to Contract Specialist, Ms. Christina Vargas (christina.vargas.1@us.af.mil), and Contracting Officer, Lizbette Zalybniuk (lizbette.zalybniuk.1@us.af.mil).

Responses are due no later than Friday, 03 MARCH 2023 by 2pm Eastern Standard Time.

The applicable NAICS code for this requirement is 334111 with a Small Business Size Standard of 1,250 Employees. The Product Service Code is 5820. Businesses of all sizes are encouraged to respond; however, each respondent must clearly identify their business size in their response under the applicable NAICS of 334111.

Respondents shall not be obligated to provide the services/items described herein.

Responses from interested vendors should address the following items:

Confirmation that your company can provide the requested items in the SOW.

Provide company socio-economic status (i.e. Small, Small Disadvantages Women-Owned, etc.) under identified NAICS and company profile to include, CAGE Code, DUNs number. Also, please provide the GSA contract number and SIN the products are available under.
