North: Starting at the intersection of Grove Ave and New Dover Road, proceed east on New Dover Road to Dover Road and then south on Route 35 East: South on Route 35 to Route 95 South to the Garden State Parkway to the Raritan River South: West on the Raritan River on to Route 95 South to Church Lane proceed west to Route 130 North to Cozzens Lane west to Route 27 North West: Route 27 North to Grove Ave north ending at the intersection of Grove Avenue and New Dover Road.

Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100-year flood plain.
