THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) ONLY.





This RFI is issued solely for information and planning purposes and does not constitute a solicitation. Submitters are responsible for clearly marking their responses if the information is confidential or proprietary. Furthermore, those who respond to this RFI should not anticipate feedback with regards to its submission other than acknowledgment of receipt, should the submitter request an acknowledgement. In accordance with FAR 15.201(e), responses to this notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. All submissions become the property of the Federal Government and will not be returned.

Responders are solely responsible for all expense associated with responding to this RFI.





This RFI is being published to identify potential sources capable of providing Protestant Coordinator services.





The anticipated North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) Code for the requirement is 813110, Religious Organizations. The size standard for NAICS 813110 is $11.5M. Comments on this NAICS Code and suggestions for alternatives must include supporting rationale.





This requirement is for a Protestant Coordinator. This will be a dual position requirement providing support for Protestant Religious Education (RE) and Protestant Youth Coordination. We are looking for candidates for who can support this requirement. The Protestant RE Coordinator shall provide a comprehensive Protestant RE program to support the Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst (JB MDL) Protestant congregation in accordance with the guidelines set forth by the Air Force Chaplain Corps (AFI 52-101) and approval by the Protestant RE Chaplain. They will serve as the focal point, advisor, and coordinator for Protestant RE services and should anticipate the program to include 100 children and 50 volunteers. The Protestant Youth Coordinator shall coordinate content and volunteers with other chapel programs. They will serve as the resource person, advisor, and coordinator for Protestant Youth at the JB MDL Protestant program. The primary goal of the Protestant Youth Coordinator program is to foster and strengthen faith commitments through fellowship activities, youth meetings and events, Bible studies, retreats, camps, and mentoring programs involving youth within the JB MDL Protestant community. This contract will consist of one (1) base year with four (4) option years.
