1/18/23_Amendment 008 is issued to reflect:



a). Amended Solicitation - 692M15-22-R-00012_Amendment 008_1.18.23.



-Section B.3 Rates For Services was revised for clarification.



-Section F.1 Place of Performance was revised to include additional remote facilities indicated in the Amended Attachment 1 Building List.



-Section I Contract Clauses was revised to include AMS Clause 3.6.2-47 Minimum Wages for Contractor Workers Under Executive Order 14026 (January 2022).



-Sections L.5, L.9, L.10, and L.11 were revised for clarification and all references to Past Performance removed.



-Section M Evaluation Factors For Award was revised for clarification and all references to Past Performance removed.





b). Attachment 1 Building List_Amended_1.18.23



-The site code column designating specified buildings as OFFCAMPUS was updated.





c). Attachment 11 Schedule B_Amended 2_1.18.23



-Additional Contractor Data Entry Tabs were added for the base and Option Years.

11/22/22_ Amendment 003 is issued to provide or update the following:





a). Amended Solicitation. The proposal due date located in Section L.1 General Proposal Instructions of the solicitation has been extended to 12/14/2022 at 5 PM local time.





b). Amended Questions and Answers. The Government's response to Question 2 has changed. Please reference Amended Questions and Answers_Custodial Services.rev1.



**Please be advised that the FAA is assessing their distributed responses to the questions received and will determine if additional clarifications are required.**

11/9/22- Amendment 002 is issued to provide or update the following:



a). Amended Solicitation. The solicitation was amended to incorporate insurance requirements that are now located in Part II- Section I Contract Clauses, AMS clause 3.4.1-12 INSURANCE (OCT 2019) and remove AMS clause 3.8.2-22 Substitution or Addition of Personnel (October 2006) from Part I- Section F –Deliveries or Performance.



b). The proposal due date located in Section L.1 General Proposal Instructions of the solicitation has been extended to 11/30/2022 at 5 PM local time.



c). Amended Attachment 11 Schedule B. The Schedule B was revised to allow the input of Management positions/ Labor categories, if needed.



d). Distribution of received Questions with Government responses.



All Offerors are notified to use the revised SIR, Schedule B, and provided Questions and Answers to prepare their proposals. ___________________________________________________________



11/3/22- Solicitation Update: The Government is finalizing responses to the questions recieved. Please be advised that an Amendment to extend the due date for proposals is forthcoming. Once all Government responses are finalized, the due date for proposals will be extended to a date not prior to 11/28/22.

10/6/22- Amendment 001 to solicitation is issued to provide the updated CBA agreement between Integrity National Corporation and Teamsters Local 331.

(1) Introduction: The FAA William J. Hughes Technical Center at the Atlantic City International Airport, NJ has a requirement for custodial services for multiple buildings. The Contractor must provide all labor, vehicles, transportation, communication devices, materials, consumables, paper products, equipment, tools, escorts, supervision, and management necessary to perform specified custodial services in Attachment 10, Statement of Work (SOW), and as ordered by the FAA through the issuance of task orders.



(2) Period of Performance: The contract will have a base period of one (1) year, and four (4) one (1) year options periods. In addition, a one (1) month optional transition period will be exercised unless contract award is made to the predecessor.



(3) Nature of Competition: The acquisition strategy for this procurement is a competitive small business set aside. The principle North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this effort is 561720 Janitorial Services, with a size standard of $19.5 million. This information is given for informational purposes only.



(4) Standard Language: This solicitation is a Request for Offer (RFO), and an awarded contract may result from proposals submitted in response to this announcement. The Government will not be liable for any costs associated with the submittal of a response to the SIR.



(5) Site Visit: A mandatory site visit is scheduled for Monday, 10/03/ 2022 at 9:00 AM (EST). Offerors must register to attend, in advance, by sending an email of the names of the attendees to Jeffrey.Young@faa.gov. Registration will be open until noon on 9/26/2022. The Contracting Specialist will confirm receipt of all emails. On the day of the site visit, Offerors must meet at the William J. Hughes Technical Center’s Security Operations Center (SOC) by 9:00 AM local (EST). Failure to attend the mandatory site visit will preclude your firm from being considered for award.



(6) Delivery Requirements: Response to this SIR are due to the Contracting Specialist, Jeffrey Young at the email address specified in Section L.1 of the SIR by Friday November 18, 2022 by 5:00 PM(EST). Late proposals will not be considered. All questions must be emailed to Jeffrey.Young@faa.gov by 5:00 PM (EST) on October, 14, 2022.
