Description

General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space:



State: New Jersey



City: Galloway Township



Delineated Area:



N: S. Pomona Rd to E. Moss Mills Rd



E: Rt 9



S: Rt 9 to E. White Horse Pike



W: E. White Horse Pike to S. Pomona Rd



Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 4,802



Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 5,000



Space Type: Office



Parking Spaces (Reserved Surface): 7



Full Term: 5 years



Additional Requirements: Occupancy required by 11/29/2025



Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 1-percent-annual chance/0.2-percent-annual chance floodplain (formerly referred to as “100-year”/“500-Year” floodplain).



The U.S. Government occupies office space in a building under a lease in Galloway Township, NJ that will be expiring. The government has determined that it is advantageous to add and exercise and 5-year renewal option on the current lease. The government is considering alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government’s requirements as well as cost likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime. This is not a solicitation for offers or a request for proposals. The Government will not pay any costs incurred as a result of this advertisement.
