1. Introduction: THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY This notice is issued solely for information and planning purposes, as a means for the Government to conduct market research, identifying interested parties and their capability to deliver a Leica BLK2GO Laser Scanner or equivalent.

Responses to this notice will be considered and will help the Government dictate a path forward. All business categories will be considered to include large businesses.

All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary; the United States Government will not pay for information requested nor will it compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided to the United States Government. Not responding to this notice does not preclude participation in any future RFQ, if any is issued. It is the responsibility of the potential offerors to monitor this site for additional information pertaining to this requirement.

4. Contractor Capability: The contractor shall be responsible for supplying a Leica BLK2GO Laser Scanner, or equivalent.

a. Contractor shall include all necessary accessories for operations to include but not limited to handheld laser scanner capable of 420,000 points/sec point measurement rate and a dust and humidity protection of IP54 (IEC 60529), transportation case, 3 lithium-ion batteries, ac charger, table stand, USB-C cable, wrist strap, quick guide, and USB documentation card.

b. Contractor shall provide all necessary software applications needed to run the equipment on the Air Force network, the software must not be an annual subscription and should be a one-time purchase item that can be utilized on government assets.

c. Contractor shall provide the basic level customer care package for no less than 3 years or as required by manufacture to maintain all warranties. Responses to Notice: Responses shall be submitted either on GSA E-Buy or throught email to the Contract Specialist SSgt Erik Jasiunas at erik.jasiunas@us.af.mil no later than Wednesday, 05 APR 2023 by 2PM Eastern Standard Time.

The applicable NAICS code for this requirement is 334513 with a Small Business Size Standard of 750 Employees. The Product Service Code is 6625. Businesses of all sizes are encouraged to respond; however, each respondent must clearly identify their business size in their response under the applicable NAICS of 324513.

Respondents shall not be obligated to provide the items described herein.

Responses from interested vendors should address the following items:

Provide company socio-economic status (i.e. Small, Small Disadvantages Women-Owned, etc.) under identified NAICS and company profile to include, CAGE Code, DUNs number.
